Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Mainland USA and Australia wide. For other international orders, feel free to contact us at wecare@wildpixy.com.
Where is my order shipped from?
Mainland USA: Orders are shipped from within the US. We have various warehouses throughout to make sure customers get their orders quickly. Australia: Orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse in Perth.
Will you provide me a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, our Postal Fairies will send an email confirmation with a tracking code.
Can I change my address or order?
Our Postal Fairies try to process orders immediately so most of the time we generally can't accept cancellations for changes to orders that are already placed but please reach out to us via email wecare@wildpixy.com as we always try our best to help and sprinkle fairy dust where possible.
Returns & Refunds
My product is faulty, what do I do?
We do everything in our power to deliver the highest quality possible. In the very rare occasion there is a fault we are always here for you and can be contacted via email at wecare@wildpixy.com.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we want our customers to be happy and have a return policy. We ask our customer to email us at wecare@wildpixy.com first to arrange.
Printable PDF's are not refundable once downloaded due to the nature of the product.
